Unless specified otherwise, tickets for Festivities events are available as follows:

VIS Tickets for events marked with this symbol may be booked in advance at the Portsmouth Visitor Information Centre – details below.

Please use the booking form opposite/overleaf. Postage will be charged
at 50p per booking form. Please send your completed form, with payment
to Portsmouth Visitor Information Service, Clarence Esplanade, Southsea
PO5 3PB. All postal bookings must be received by Monday 14 June.
In person
Tickets can be booked in person at the Visitor Information Centre, Clarence
Esplanade, Southsea PO5 3PB. The Centre is open from 9:30 am to 5:15 pm
daily. If you wish to purchase your tickets on the day of an event, please
contact the relevant Box Office to check availability.
On the door
Due to demand, patrons are advised to book in advance. Tickets for events
at the Historic Dockyard must be purchased in advance. Any remaining tickets
for other events will be sold on the door, unless otherwise stated. One
the door sales are by cash or cheque only.
Methods of payment
Payment may be made by Switch, Maestro, Visa, Barclaycard, Mastercard
or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Portsmouth City Council.
Concessions
Concessionary rates apply to full time students, recipients of Jobseeker’s
Allowance and Working Family Tax Credit and Leisure Card Holders. Please
provide appropriate identification when purchasing tickets. Wheelchair
users and one of their companions are entitled to two tickets for the
price of one.
Kids a Quid
Young people aged 18 or under and who are in full time education can purchase
tickets for most Festivities events for just £1.

Schools wishing to make group bookings for children’s events, please
contact the Festivities Office on 023 9268 1390 or E. festivities@pgs.org.uk
for further details.
Refunds
We regret that tickets may not be exchanged nor money refunded.
Access
We try to make all Festivities Events as accessible as possible and would
like to ensure that people enjoy their visits to the various venues. To
enable us to do this, please notify the Box Office staff of any particular
requirements you may have when making your booking.
All information is correct at the time of going to press. Portsmouth Festivities reserve the right to make changes to the published programme if necessary.
